APPOINTMENTS & FEESI offer an initial 30 minute telephone consultation ahead of commencing sessions, at no cost. This gives an opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, and for us to decide whether we feel we can work together.

SESSION FEE:
Initial 30 minute phone call is free.
Thereafter: £70 per 50 minute session (in-person/ online/ telephone).
It is important to me that therapy is available to as many people as possible, so I offer some low cost sessions as part of my practice.
AVAILABILITY:
Please note that I am currently able to hold sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
At the outset of working together we will discuss goals and a plan, which will include the number of sessions that together we feel may be helpful for you. This can of course be subject to review. I offer both short- and long-term therapy to suit each individual.
